Admission to the course will take place on Tuesday, 14 January 2020 from 5:30 pm in the classroom of the School of Cultural Texts and Records. The course fee of Rs 10,000 is to be paid preferably on the same day or by Tuesday 21 January.  The fee must be paid through demand draft only payable in Kolkata, made out to the ‘The Registrar, Jadavpur University’.

Unless specified, most EditPub classes will take place in the classrooms of the School of Cultural Texts and Records. These rooms are located on the top floor of the Rabindra Bhavan building (next to Darshan Bhavan), five minutes' walk from Gate No. 5.

The list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the Jadavpur University Website and the EditPub blog (http://editpub.blogspot.in/) by 10 January. Classes will begin from 14 January, Tuesday after registration.

New Date of Admission Test for Editing and Publishing Course 2020

The postponed admission test to the 'PG Certificate Course in Editing and Publishing' at the School of Cultural Texts and Records, Jadavpur University, will be held on Monday 23 December 2019 from 6-7 pm, in the Department of English, Jadavpur University (First floor, UG Arts Building).

Postponement of EditPub admission test on 19 December 2019

Owing to unavoidable circumstances, the admission test to the 'PG Certificate Course in Editing and Publishing' at the School of Cultural Texts and Records, Jadavpur University, scheduled for 19 December (Thursday), 2019 from 6-7 pm, is postponed.

NOTICE FOR THE 17TH EDITING AND PUBLISHING COURSE

Applications are invited from Honours graduates in any discipline for a PG Certificate Course in Editing and Publishing to be conducted by the School of Cultural Texts & Records, Jadavpur University, from 7 January to 16 April 2020. Classes will normally be held three days a week from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. (Tue, Wed, Thu). Applicants have to appear for a screening test on 19 December 2019 (Thursday), at 6:00 p.m., which will be held on the first floor of the UG Arts Building.

Course fee: ₹10,000/-.

Applications may be made on plain paper or by email to jueditpub@gmail.com. Paper applications should be submitted to the School of Cultural Texts & Records (5^th Floor, Rabindra Bhaban, Jadavpur University) between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on working days.
